I cannot recommend Kate and Cayla enough! Their in home before and after birth meetings were super helpful, and the in hospital care very much improved my post birth experience ( I had a selected C-section). Even my at first skeptical husband is now a huge fan of theirs. If you are on the fence about having a doula, please know you will not regret the extra help, advice, and advocacy these ladies provide.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Deanna and Ann-Marie and they have been absolutely wonderful. Deanna is super knowledgeable and feels like a friend as soon as you meet her. She is awesome to chat with and instantly put me at ease. She is so supportive of the needs of a postpartum mom - I’m able to relax and/or get some things done while knowing my little one is in great hands! She is so good with him and I look forward to her visits and know she’s just a text away for any questions or support.

I also recently had the pleasure of doing an overnight with Ann-Marie and it was amazing. I highly recommend this for any new mom. Ann-Marie is lovely and warm and I felt completely comfortable leaving my boy in her care while I got some real solid sleep. She managed to take care of some small household tasks while I slept and provided an update in the morning on how the night went. I can’t wait to have her in again! Worth every penny.

We had Cai'lin as our post partum doula and I think she saved my sanity. She calmly educated us on how to do a proper latch, how to keep my sleepy baby awake when nursing, soothing techniques and all the in's and out's of pumping, paced feeding and bottle cleaning. I felt so much more confident as a new mom with Cai'lin's help. She understands how vulnerable and difficult the first few days are and helped me through my doubts and fears. One very special thing about Cai'lin is that spends time understanding the issue and helping you feel heard and then offers lots of great tips and advice. She coached my husband on how to support me and how to bond with baby. By our last visit with her, we were enjoying our baby and ready to care for him ourselves. I can't recommend her highly enough, she was amazing to work with.

The parenting classes were great. I also had Cai’lin as a post partum doula and I couldn’t recommend her enough, she was amazing. She was a pleasure to be around and figured out things quickly in my house and was helpful with very little direction.

Cayla's expertise in lactation was valuable during my first few weeks postpartum. She was so quick finding out what went wrong and pointed me to the right direction to fix the issues before they got worse.

Casey was such a big help after we came home and were completely exhausted for several weeks. She was skilled at taking care of newborns, we felt completely safe having our baby with her. Last but not least, we had several joyful conversations over nighttime feedings, which was extremely beneficial to my mental health during the first few weeks into my motherhood.

BEST RESOURCE EVER!! The baby prep classes are a MUST for new parents! We learned so much that gave us a huge advantage when baby came. We actually felt prepared and low stress in the days leading up to the delivery knowing we were armed with knowledge.

Also, can't say enough about the positive experience of hiring a doula through Welcome Baby. Kinda thought it would be a "first pregnancy only" thing but NO WAY! Hoping to have a second in a couple of years and I wouldn't even consider not having a doula. Words cannot begin to explain how grateful both my husband and I were to have a doula.
