About Jenn

Jenn is a childbirth educator, lactation specialist, and retired doula in Calgary. With a wealth of experience supporting over 2000 families, she recognizes the pivotal role of quality prenatal education and preparation, as well as the significance of strong support systems during childbirth and early parenthood.

With over a decade of doula experience, Jenn transitioned her focus to become a dedicated childbirth educator and lactation specialist, retiring from her doula role to concentrate on the critical aspects of prenatal education and infant feeding support.

Her certifications currently include being a Certified Child Birth Educator with Lamaze International, and a Certified Lactation Educator. Actively contributing to the local Calgary doula and birth community, Jenn has previously served as the President of the Calgary Doula Association and held the role of Alberta Ambassador for DONA International.

Emphasizing the value of prenatal education before birth, Jenn is committed to empowering individuals and their families with the information and skills needed to navigate pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Outside her professional commitments, Jenn cherishes moments spent with her husband Robb, their children, and friends. A proud mom and stepmom to five beautiful kids, she enjoys family travels, outdoor adventures with their Bernedoodle Joey, and culinary experimentation in the kitchen—embracing both successes and occasional mishaps. Jenn's genuine passion lies in nurturing confident and informed parents as they embark on their journey into parenthood.
