How can a postpartum doula support your family?
Our postpartum doulas are specially trained and skilled individuals who provide non-judgemental, evidence-based care for infants and their families. They provide support in feeding, newborn care, ensuring opportunities for you to rest, postpartum recovery, sibling support, meal preparation, light housekeeping, connecting you with valuable resources, and more. Each family’s needs are different, but the goal of the postpartum doula remains the same - to make the transition through the early postpartum period and infancy as smooth, restful, and stress-free as possible. Our Calgary doulas provide care 24/7. Some families prefer their doula to come during the day, others prefer peace of mind with a doula overnight.

12-Hour Starter Package
By booking ahead you’ll know you have the right doula for your family ready to support as needed in those early days. If by the end of the 12 hours, more support is needed, you have the option to continue booking based on your doula’s availability.

Can booked as three 4-hour support visits, four 3-hour support visits, or one overnight and one 4-hour support visit
Additional hours can booked at an hourly rate of $40 per hour.
Daytime minimum 3 hours/ overnight minimum 8 hours
An in-home postpartum planning session and nursery walk-through can be added for $120+GST

Sleep-ful Nights 1-Month of Overnight Support
Our overnight care includes bottle feeding, diaper changes, and soothing your baby back to sleep. For breastfeeding mothers, we provide support during feeds, ensuring both you and your baby's needs are met. Experience a peaceful night with guidance and attentive care for both you and your little one.

Sibling Childcare During Birth
Book on-call care for your children during your birth for peace of mind; that no matter the day or hour you go into labour your older children will be in good hands.
Includes:
2-hour home visit to meet and play with your older children, and learn about your routines and home.
On-call 24/7 for your birth.
Up to 8 hours of doula care during birth, + $40/ hour for additional hours.
$800 +GST or 2 payments of $400+GST
